We custom-mill the grip pattern into our signature and deluxe cruisers. This makes the grip of your board more durable and stronger than traditional grip tape.

ABOUT THE BOARDS
Does the board have grip tape?
Are your boards rideable?
Definitely. They're pretty, but they're also some of the smoothest cruisers on the market.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide! Just keep in mind, that some countries charge taxes on imported goods. Certain collaborations may not be eligible for worldwide shipping so check the product description before you purchase.
Do you make custom boards?
We no longer create custom cruisers. However, we have a selection of boards featuring many popular characters and brands.
What types of skateboards do you offer?
We offer our signature carved out cruisers and traditional popsicle skateboards, “Street Decks”
What materials are your skateboards made from?
Our signature carved-out cruisers are made of 9-ply maple, featuring our patented “Underbite” grip. Our “Street Deck”, also known as a traditional skateboard is made out of 7-ply maple with a double kick concave.

Can I get a recommendation for the best skateboard based on my skill level?
If you are looking for a board to cruise around town our signature carved or deluxe decks would be a great fit for you! If you are a more experienced skater that frequents the skatepark our Street Decks would be a good fit.
POST-PURCHASE
What is your return policy for orders?
NO RETURNS will be accepted on custom orders or any limited edition merchandise. Returns on all other merchandise have a 30 day window from the date of delivery. If an item is damaged, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage provided. If 30 days have gone by since date of delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Custom Items, Limited Edition Boards, and Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it take to make and deliver a skateboard?
For our signature and deluxe carved decks it is a 4-6 week build and ship time. For Street Decks, accessories, and apparel it is a 1-2 week ship time depending on what we have in stock.

How can I contact customer support if I have an issue with my order?
Please email info@bearwalker.com with your order information and a brief description of the issue. If your item has been damaged or stolen please provide pictures and as much information as possible so our team can best assist you. Click here to see our return policy.
How do I maintain my board?
I recommend scrubbing dirt out of the grip with a kitchen brush. I'll put up a video of how to maintain your board soon.

What is a certificate of authenticity?
All limited edition deluxe decks and street decks come with a numbered, plastic or paper Certificate of Authenticity to verify that your board is an original Bear Walker collectors item.

Can I get my certificate of authenticity graded?
Yes! All our COAs can be graded by PSA or your preferred grader.
