Return Policy

Returns

NO RETURNS will be accepted on custom orders or any limited edition merchandise.

Returns on all other merchandise have a 30 day window from the date of delivery. If an item is damaged, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage provided. If 30 days have gone by since date of delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: 
Custom Items, Limited Edition Boards, and Gift Cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

NO REFUNDS will be given on custom items, limited edition items, or gift cards. 

The shipping cost of return items is the responsibility of the customer. 

Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund that you were approved for, contact the card associated with the return - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve already contacted the card company and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bearwalker.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale Items are a final purchase item. No refunds or returns are allowed.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Limited Edition items, Custom Orders, and Gift Cards are not eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping on eligible item exchanges. Send us an email at info@bearwalker.com with all information (example: different shirt size needed). Once your exchange has been approved, please see the "SHIPPING" policy.

Gifts 

Only applicable for stock items: See "RETURNS" and "REFUNDS" policies. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,  a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost returns.
