Shipping policy

Items are boxed and shipped with care. You will receive a tracking number when you order leaves our facility. 

Below is a rough timeline of how long the fulfillment of your order will take based on the item with the longest processing time.
• Guitars: Each one is made to order, built one at a time, in order received. Bear will personally reach out to you when your build begins to share your timeline.
• Stock Boards, Stock Apparel, and Stock Street Decks: 1-3 days
• Limited Edition Apparel: 1-2 weeks
• Limited Edition Boards(Includes Blind Boxes, Collectors and Open Edition Carved Decks): 4-6 weeks. Please refer to the product description to see shipping windows per product.
