The decks are handcrafted in North America and utilize artwork in collaboration with Rupert Gruber, Bear Walker, TOHO, and Legendary. Each deck comes with a numbered, holographic Certificate of Authenticity card and is of an edition size of 500.

Every board is made with premium materials and components for a smooth ride… but most people hang them on the wall. Either way, these decks deliver as both collectible pieces and trusty skate companions.

STEP 2: CUTOUT
BRING IN THE ROBOTS
We use a three-axis CNC machine to cut your board precisely how it was designed, incorporating my patented 'Underbite' grip into the design.
STEP 3: SANDING & SMOOTHING
FINESSING THE DETAILS
The deck is hand sanded, filed, and sent through a series of quality control inspections. Every surface needs to be cleaned and refined to create the final look we’re going for. From here it goes on to be painted or printed depending on the design.
STEP 4: PAINTING & SANDING
A STROKE OF GENIUS
Each board is airbrushed and hung to dry in our paint booth. Once dry, we sand the surface back down to woodtone to show off the painted carvings.
STEP 5: PRINT
ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS
For designs with extra details, we individually print each board using our industrial printer. Our UV ink also adds an extra layer of protection to the design.
STEP 6: CLEAR COAT
PROTECT AND PRESERVE
Several layers of clear coat are applied to protect your board and the design. The board is then buffed with 1000 grit sandpaper and hit with a final coat to make a perfect finish.
STEP 7: PACKOUT

This is where my team does their final quality inspection and gets your board ready to go to its new home. Whether you're purchasing a deck or a complete board, we ensure that all our products are carefully packaged for safe delivery. For limited/collectors editions cruisers, we add the custom wheels, numbered certificate of authenticity, and the custom collectors box.
For our street decks we have Jessup grip tape with multiple designs to choose from, sold seperately.
