    The trucks are forged with aluminum but designed to use as little as possible to reduce the overall weight of the trucks.

  • Riser pads sit between the deck and the trucks to slightly raise your cruiser setup. This creates extra space between the wheels and deck, helping prevent wheel bite when carving or turning.

  • Cruiser boards typically use larger, softer wheels for smooth rides. Riser pads give those wheels more clearance so they don’t contact the deck during deep turns.

  • They’re not always required, but they’re recommended if you’re riding larger wheels, loose trucks, or carving aggressively.
